Conditions of carriage

The general conditions of carriage govern the relationship between the passenger and Air Caravel Linhas Aéreas, S.A.: bookings, baggage, check-in, denied boarding, delays and cancellations, in accordance with the Montreal Convention and Regulation (EU) 2026/2202.
